Nick Folger

Partner and Operations Lead

Nick Folger is a founding partner of ENROLA Marketing. Thirteen years ago, he founded Bio Careers® – the first online career service focused on life sciences PhDs and MDs. In that role, Nick developed many ENROLA focused marketing tools, techniques and resources that ENROLA Media is now making available to clients.

Previously, Folger was a management consultant with Strategic Planning Associates (now Mercer Management Consulting), where he  consulted to a variety of Fortune 500 clients in apparel, banking, and construction products. Nick has a BA from Harvard and is a graduate of Stanford School of Business. He currently lives in Santa Cruz, California.

Rashard Spiller

Rashard Spiller is the former Market Research and Analytics Manager at iPullRank – a digital marketing agency based in New York City. At iPullRank, Rashard led customer segmentation/personas, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, keyword research, data analysis, web analytics and reporting, KPI measurement planning, conversion rate optimization, and analytics implementation within the agency.

Previously, Rashard worked for Nature Publishing Group where he was Operations Manager for the STM Site License Business. Rashard has a BA in Psychology from Wake Forest and an MBA from Long Island University. Rashard currently lives in Manalapan, New Jersey.
